Dr. Michael D. Halsey and his wife Mary live in Stockbridge, Georgia, where he conducts teaching and discipleship ministries at Hangar Bible Fellowship. He is also serving as Chancellor of Grace Biblical Seminary which he co-founded in 2004. His passion is to communicate the gospel of grace with clarity and to teach the Bible verse-by-verse, showing its inherent consistency and unity. Dr. Halsey graduated fromTexas Tech University, majoring in History and Latin. He attended Dallas Theological Seminary where he earned the Master of Theology and Doctor of Ministry.
